It may be used to pay to for expenses that ACPE would be responsible for. If you are opting for a private room, please have your bill split in half at check out. If you prefer to do self-pay, we are more than happy to do an expense reimbursement after the meeting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LAST DATE TO BOOK A GUEST ROOM: October 3, 2011&lt;br /&gt;All guest rooms need to be booked no later than October 3rd. We will not be offered the group rate after this date, note that ACPE will only reimburse at the group rate! Our rate is $149 + taxes. You will need to know that the hotel does require one nights deposit in advance.
